"I had the pleasure of meeting Andrew Simmerman in 2014 as a student at USD through RISE San Diego, Andrew was one of 3 persons that made up my work group. Andrew gravitates to social injustice and social therapy which I found both interesting and truly needed. He is a person that realizes the in-depth needs of his community and all the hard work that it takes to move the needle forward. This is truly important in society but more importantly is the need of “life work balance” that we all struggle with. We need the Andrew Simmerman’ s of the world in every office out there!"
