" I think that what Andrew does best is what he does with his free time. Andrew works in fields where he can add to the growth and development of others. As a result Andrew spends his free time by constantly asking and answering questions around humanity. He is not the social media friend who only shares opinions during elections.  He attends local government and school board meetings. He not only reads the newspaper, he knows reporters and engages in rigorous dialogue around the direction of policies, laws, cities, and governments.  He does all of this while boasting a pretty impressive list of concert experiences. Andrew would never say this of himself though because he approaches friends as a listener. His humility and vulnerability are the hallmarks what it means to be masculine in the twenty-first century which is why he is the perfect person to grab a beer with if you want to walk away having learned something new, possibly about yourself. "
