"I was lucky enough to work with Andrew during a school year with an extremely challenging group of students.  He showed up to work each day with a positive attitude, ready to motivate and inspire the kids when most people would’ve given up halfway through the year.  His attitude was infectious to his co-workers as well, and he could always be relied on to help problem solve and calm those around him.
